County Trials plus Sussex Cup and Tournament Opportunities for Seniors 2020

Even in these early stages of 2020 this is building up to be a cracking year for playing competitive tennis at Seniors level. For those of you who aspire to play for their County there will be trials coming up on a regular basis between now and April. Lets give you some background here. There are a number of age groups starting at 40 for both Men and Women. Representing Sussex in your particular age group means that you believe you are of a standard to beat others in your age groups at either singles or doubles. The format of the matches against other counties involves two singles matches and three doubles matches. It is up to the captains to run trials and invite all those who believe they are of the standard to test their ability in those trials: So far there are trials scheduled for:

We have also introduced a County Singles and Doubles competition in the form of a Cup Knockout with the finals being held at Chichester on August 8th.
