lta Introduction to Padel Coaching

This course is for sussex venues only, all attendees will receive ground passes for the rest of the day.

The course is being offered at a reduced rate of £60 (normally £100)

This course will provide Coaches with some elementary knowledge and skills to offer basic Padel coaching to their repertoire. The learning outcomes for this course are:

  • Understand game situations and court positioning for Padel and how to teach them
  • Learn some basic ways of teaching players how to use the back glass
  • Understand and practice how coaching skills differ from tennis coaching to Padel coaching, including feeding
  • Learn and play some games to take back to your venue and use with your players

This course will provide coaches 5 points towards their LTA Accreditation Scheme.

This course is being delivered in partnership with Tennis Sussex and the LTA Major Events Team. Coaches attending this course will be given a Complementary Ground Pass for the Eastbourne International Tournament.
