LTA Tennis Sussex Awards 2025

Thankyou for RSVPing to the LTA Tennis Sussex Awards on Sunday 9th February!

The doors will open at 2.30pm (not before) for a 3pm start. There are plenty of seats.
PLEASE NOTE: Your confirmation email once you RVSP may go into your junk email.
Dress code: casual wear.

Please forward this email to anyone in your party or anyone that is attending on your behalf who will need this information, if you sign up and then can longer attend, please email carly.washington@tennissussex.com to let us know.

Parking
On arrival at the Amex Community Stadium stop at the Kiosk they will direct you were to park.
There is plenty of Parking available, and there is approx. 5-8 min walk, there are stairs and a ramp from the Car park to the lounge area.
If you have anyone that needs help to be dropped at the west stand, please let us know by email and no later than Thursday Feb 8th Feb.
NB. The Amex do not allow cars in the causeway.

Lounge
Please head to the West Stand, the Tennis Sussex awards are in the Mayo Wynne Baxter Lounge.
We will have a meet and greet team at the entrance to guide you.
There is lift or stairs to the lounge.

Photography and Social media
Tennis Sussex will have a photographer on site, who will be taking photos of all winners and the event in general.
If you do not want your photograph taken, please let us know when you arrive.
NB. All winners will be posted on social media platforms, website, and tennis Sussex newsletter.

Bar
The bar will be open for you to purchase drinks, this is a cashless bar (i.e. Debit/Credit Cards only).
NB. There is no food available to buy at the lounge or on site.
